Hello, i have a property that i canceled today , because i was having issues with the people who were booking me but they never showed up so i think they were just using my profile for reasons and do not know. I got an invoice from booking for the commisions i due to pay you however in reality i never made any money on this website, people just booked me and never showed up. 

Is there anything you can do to help me? maybe unvalid the invoice you sent me as i never made any money from the bookings.

You need to log a case by message and then follow up with phone call, detailing it all.



Message or Call BdC Partner Support

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
