Can anyone help by answering this question.  I had to update my bank details for payments for our holiday house . The new bank is CUA, but when I changed it , doesn’t ask for a bsb only an account number and name .  I thought you always have to have a bsb in your payments , anyone know ??? Worried I won’t get the payment . 



That sounds very custom to your location, which you have not shared .


For many of us it is just, IBAN and Name of Account.

Message or Call BdC Partner Support

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
