PAYMENTS AND PENALTIES

Till now I don't have the authorization from Booking to be paid in advance by the clients and also booking cannot credit me when the clients cancel too late the reservations or they do not cancel them.

I urgently need to find a way to charge the clients who do not cancel their reservations on time. Please allow me to charge them. Thank you

You need to use 'payment by booking.com' that way they collect all the card details and process payments for you.  You just get the payment less commission after the guest has stayed.  Guest will be charged for cancellations depending on your cancellation policy.  There is a small additional fee for this facility.
