Payments from Booking.com
Hello,
I have followed all steps to contact someone who can help me. The "finance team" go round and around in circles. We have not been paid for most of our bookings there was no virtual card and guests showed us receipts from booking.com to show they had paid but we never received the funds.
We have tried for months to resolve it with staff at booking.com and no one can speak enough English to even understand what is going on.
Has anyone found a way to see where the funds are going?
