Hi, I need help , I was writing several times, and the financial assistance look like don't understand my situation.

I need to receive my money for all reservations from December 2018, in this month all virtual cards are inactive, I had 23 reservation with no money  from Booking.com

I need the money, I know all this virtuals card have to change the numbers for charge  WHAT CAN I DO??

Nora so sorry to hear about your struggles.

I dont use virtual cards so I cant really help you. Hope some other partner can help you in this serious problem you are facing.
