payments in a different currency

Hi. I am new to booking.com and recently had a booking. 

The guest paid bdc via credit card and received in full, 

I was given a breakdown of what I would receive after 4 weeks of the guest departing. 

My question is why am `I going to receive the payment in Turkish lira and not pounds sterling or euros. 

I asked the question when I contact customer services regarding not receiving the code to verify my property and was told to contact them. I have tried on numerous occasions and failed each time. 

I am honestly beginning to make my decision to advertise on b.d.c.  

any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Hannah,

 

This appears to be two different things.

 

  1. Property Verification code pending
  2. Payments by BdC in Property Location Currency

 

Have you not received the verify code?

 

Either way keep  ringing them , messaging is pointless in this case.
