Payments on hold
I have a message on my account re my payouts from booking being on hold, has anyone else got this? I have sent an urgent email on the 2nd March as I could not find a contact telephone number on the system just an email link and to date I have still not received an answer!!!!
Just for your information the payments have been going into this account without a problem, and it is still valid and open and it is an EU based account.
Any help would be hugely appreciated as particuarly under the current situation every payment counts.
