Payments on hold

I have a message on my account re my payouts from booking being on hold, has anyone else got this? I have sent an urgent email on the 2nd March as I could not find a contact telephone number on the system just an email link and to date I have still not received an answer!!!!

Just for your information the payments have been going into this account without a problem, and it is still valid and open and it is an EU based account.

Any help would be hugely appreciated as particuarly under the current situation every payment counts.

 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thank you for your reply, I have tried to obtain a phone number this way but only being given email contact, no telephone option comes up!! I would be really interested to hear if anyone else has this problem at the moment!

Also I would really appreciate it if anyone can give me any partner customer help/service telephone number.

Technically I already gave you both ways to find one of several numbers.. you just need to open the link and pick one.

 

you also have not stated where you are ,and have also not completed your partner profile, which would have helped ascertain where you are in order to give a better detail.

 

So please do so..How & Why Add your Listing to your Partner Community Profile

Hi

I think I have now added my property link to my profile, I am based in the Haute-Vienne, France.  I realised after my last response you had very kindly given me a link to various contact numbers (so feel a bit daft!) and yes as per your visual and text steps only message comes up, no call option!!!

I will try the one of the french phone numbers on the link you sent hopefully they will be able to help.
