Payments never made into my accounts

Hi ! Most of my (overdue) payments have never been made into my bank account... Where is my money ?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Automated answer answers are really an insult to clients... This one as the others does not even take notice of my message and does not answer it...  No wonder so many people complain !

lol not automated, not staff... its tailored to teach you :

 

1. The contact options buried in help and extranet, demystified in simple steps.

 

2. Never ever post action requests, which this is. As no action will be taken due to no one in finance nor partner support will ever see it.


 

Only me and a couple of volunteers and occasional BdC Community Staff (they are not support staff), will see your post/topic.  They will only take notes and pass to a daily/weekly meeting for feedback. 

 

I tend to cut to the chase so you can quickly see what your options are, and have a simple version of the contact partner support methods.

 

Saves all of us time guessing, and get quicker to a next step/ next action/
