Payments not received
I have had 2 completed bookings but though Bookings.com collects for us (and receives payment up front) have not receved any transfer yet. I havve sent various emails with no answer. For coomparison, AirBnB pays a day after guests arrive.
Is there any way to contact Bookings to get this sorted out? I cannot find any phone number or method of direct contact anywhere on Extranet.
