Payments not received

I have had 2 completed bookings but though collects for us (and receives payment up front) have not receved any transfer yet. I havve sent various emails with no answer. For coomparison, AirBnB pays a day after guests arrive.

Is there any way to contact Bookings to get this sorted out? I cannot find any phone number or method of direct contact anywhere on Extranet.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot see the detail for your payments.  Contact using Inbox icon on Extranet. 

If is collecting your payments then you will be paid on 15th day of month following day of departure.  So if guest departs on 20 May you will be paid on 15 June.
