Any one else have an issue as a new host (or seasoned) host with receiving payments? has over $1k of payouts for my listing that started in November 2020 and I have sent several messages and made phone calls only to have vague answers and I don't knows told to me.  How do I get this resolved, please help?

  1. change your pay method back to normal, direct with guest, for now.
  2. message BdC support to create a case. If you have still not done so.
  3. in 2-3 days follow up with a phone call to BdC Support ( not finance).


of just pick up the phone and call the BdC Support team right now.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘ messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right
