Payouts & contacting Credit Control

We have had a problem with our payouts for more than a month now. The unavailability to make personal contact with someone at Credit Control and the automated messages are infuriating. Consultants that we have managed to speak to have apologized and apologized but nothing has been done. It is as if you are trying to contact someone on another planet. We changed our banking details and were sent an email to confirm that the new banking details would come into effect on Wednesday 2 June but still it is showing 'bank details error' on the Etranet. We are at a point of considering leaving as a partner that is how desperate & unhappy we are...
