Payouts & Contacting Credit Control
Good Morning. We have been a partner on booking.com since December 2020. Up until a month ago we were very happy with the results achieved for being on this platform. At the end of April we noticed that our payouts were not being made. Since then we have made numerous calls and sent many emails to try and resolve the problem. We were informed to updated our banking details which we did and we received an email confirming that these bank details would come into effect last week the 3rd of June. Still - no payout and no response on any of our queries. We would like to know why it is so difficult to get answers from anyone and why is our payout for our latest booking of last weekend (res # ***) is not showing on our payout page? The most disappointing is that it feels as if we are talking to a wall with the responses we have not received. We also read that booking.com has to pay the Dutch government back for Covid Relief last year and had to restructure the staff with 17500 people. Is this the reason - are you in financial trouble?. We are a very small property and rely hugely on this income to look after our staff and overheads.
