Payouts & Contacting Credit Control

Good Morning. We have been a partner on booking.com since December 2020. Up until a month ago we were very happy with the results achieved for being on this platform. At the end of April we noticed that our payouts were not being made. Since then we have made numerous calls and sent many emails to try and resolve the problem. We were informed to updated our banking details which we did and we received an email confirming that these bank details would come into effect last week the 3rd of June. Still - no payout and no response on any of our queries. We would like to know why it is so difficult to get answers from anyone and why is our payout for our latest booking of last weekend (res # ***)  is not showing on our payout page? The most disappointing is that it feels as if we are talking to a wall with the responses we have not received. We also read that booking.com has to pay the Dutch government back for Covid Relief last year and had to restructure the staff with 17500 people. Is this the reason - are you in financial trouble?. We are a very small property and rely hugely on this income to look after our staff and overheads.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I have the same issue!

Been a partner since late 2018 and never had an issue  with our payouts. Nevertheless the payment for may 2021 keeps shows pending. I have called about 10 times, have sent 4 or 5 messages and the same answer: someone will contact you within 48 hours. And nobody ever contacts me. This is very upsetting,!

Hello I'm giorgio of blueroom b&b from termoli italy, we also have the same problem of payments, I have not received payments from June 2021, until 2020 everything is fine ... they said that iban was not correct, while until 2020 I had no problems, I have updated everything but still do not receive payments ..  we are also a small business, have you solved the problem? do you have telephone numbers or e-mails to contact the booking finance office directly? my email is ***

we have been a booking partner since 2017. we have the same problem as you, we have not received payments from June 2021, it is a small B&B business. We risk closing. We have sent many emails and many phone calls but still nothing. If you have a contact, some solutions, let me know ... greetings Giorgio Baghino

Hi Giorgio! I´ve read your post here and I´m having the same trouble with the payouts from July/Agust 2021. Is your problem solved? Do you have any response from credit control yet?

I have the same problem. 4 bookings from June/July 2021 have not been payed out. I checked my bank account 10 times! 

CS is not helping. I have sent like 10 mails/messages to the credit control department but the answers are alweys the same and they do not help me!

Who can help in taht case? I am a one man company and I have serious issues now bacause I have to pay bills!!!
