Unless you are defaulting to taking payments directly form Guest, you cant.


If you are then simply provide the details in to the New Reservation Message Template, with a time limit , minimum 24h.


When they fail to prepay, or with in the time limit, you can leverage the Request Cancel option and choose option1.


Or simply phone partner support .

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
