Please help! Urgent! Can any Booking representative call me!

Hi,

 

I am having a problem with payment bookings being a cash payment. Many guests are booking my property and not showing up. I want to make my payment method my card and not by cash at the property but I cannot seem to find the section to change this payment method. For my prepayment section under  'Property'> 'Policies > I cannot add anything. I am getting this message in red, that says, "Because we're dedicated to being a safe platform for both customers and partners, we've temporarily disabled non-refundable and prepayment policies. As soon as we can give you access to them, we'll let you know." Please help!
