Please refund the guest in full

My villa was badly affected by the recent flooding in Murcia and I have taken it off for bookings until at least the end of October. Unfortunately because I have had no Wifi and a guest booked for today and has made a payment and the house can not be lived in, so how can she get a full refund please. The booking was was under *** .

You have posted this on the Partner Forum so unable to help with a specific guest issue.  You need to contact the Finance team at booking.com.  Use the Inbox icon on Extranet to contact them.


If the guest made a payment to Booking.com they must also send a request for a refund to Booking.com.
