Policy change does not appear to update on Rate Plan


I have changed our Booking Policies but our Rate Plan page is not reflecting this change. Our new booking policy is 'Partially Refundable - 42 days'

I am not entirely sure what text should appear in Red circle A, but I am quite sure that the text 'Partially Refundable - 42 days' should show in Red circle B.

Any help on fixing this would be greatly appreciated.






Yes that is truly bizarre and I did not think that was even possible to set it higher than 30 days.


If deleting it and recreate as needed does not change it , reach out to support by phone.
