pre-authorization

Hello,

I received an email from Booking about updating pre-authorization for guest credit card.

the problem is that I don't see this section under Policies.  I receive payments through Booking so  I imagine they have their own policy. So how can I update something that I don't know and I don't have access to?

Yes we had exactly the same problem. I don't there is anything we can do as we don't take credit card payments all payments are done on line to booking.com.

Yes, yes, yes! We also couldn`t find the section where we can declare that we do not accept any card payments (cash only) and Booking.com is not responding to our numerous mails about this issue.
