We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

You are currently ineligible for prepayment and non-refundable policies. To keep Booking.com safe, we wait until partners have a little more experience with us before they can set this up.

This is what shows in my property.

Hi Matija,

Sorry, I guess You have to wait a little more before you can have prepayment and non-refundable policies.  This aplies to new properties.

As soon as you get bookings and reviews, I think BDC will allow to change your payment policies.
