Prepayment for mij property

Due to Covid-19 rules our goverment is demanding a prepayment for every guest.

so how can i change that for my property.

The government is demanding prepayment? what ?

 

This sounds very dodgy.

 

the government has nothing to do with your payment policies, that is not a thing.

 

So in order to do any prepayment YOU must setup method(s) and state them into your new reservation message template and include time limit (minimum 24h) .

 

BdC will NOT be doing this for you.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
