The price paid by my clients

I just checked the price paid for the last reservation and I don’t understand it. It says 15% non refundable price , when I give only 10%. How is it possible?

Have you another discount set that then Stacks with your 10%?

There are several factors and you would need to share more detail.

 

But if you open the reservation details page and scrool down to the pricing, you can expand and see the rate plans applied/promotions /genius applied etc.

Mobile Rates

Country Rates

Genius Rates

etc
