Price update

Hi there,

 

I've had a booking come through & I need to update the price to reflect new information supplied by the client (they booked 2 rooms & actually want 4) & I want to apply a discount as it's a long stay (7 nights).  I can only see an option to change their dates, not the price on my dashboard.  How do I make a price change?

 

Any help much appreciated,

For an existing booking you cant, you would need to phone BdC Partner Support to adjust.

or...

Leave as is and they pay the different direct  in person or bank transfer. and you block out availability on the calendar and note it on their reservation details page for yourself. This can be the simpler way and is faster.

 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
