prices and cleaning fee

Hi, I am new on Booking.com. I have a small question about pricing and cleaning fee. If I get a reservation, the total price is mentioned. But the Cleaning Fee isn't included in the price. So how will I receive this? Is this something we need to ask when our guests arrive, or is this also paid to Booking, who pays this to the host?
