A problem with check in and reservations

Hello! I had a guest which booked 19:30. And i missed him.. I usually check my reservations under the day. And if there isn't any I just do my own thing...So I need to refund him which I don't know how... and how do i change check in a day before ? So i am prepared for any guests

I understand your situation has been solved now. Which is good! Yes I also have no bookings for the day settings, and that takes a lot of stress away if you are owning a unit for small amount of people.
