Problem getting paid and through to Booking.com

I cant get through to Booking.com.  I have been waiting 20 minutes and this is my third call about this matter.  I need the finance to manually correct a payment but they are at least 3 week behind with their work.  My issue was not even looked at within 3 weeks.  What is going on with their accounts department?

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
