i have problem on my Extranet i wright the right IBAN number and says invalid also and the VAT number anyone can help me?

Hello Aristotelis Tsopozidis! Thanks for flagging this problem. From what I managed to find out, it looks like some partners are facing this kind of difficulty. The good thing is that the product team is fully aware of the problem, and that our partners mention it in the Partner Community. So right now the team is working on the ways to solve it. It will probably take time.

So please let me know in the comments if you still see this problem after a few days.

Hey Aristotelis Tsopozidis! The recent news I can share is that the developers team fixed the bug for the Greek market. And the product team is making sure our connection to VIES works smoothly. The final testing maybe will take a little more time.
