We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

problem with my bookings

Hi,

I've received two bookings for the next month but I've not received their phone numbers even though I made it compelling when booking.

How could I Contact them?

How could I charge them?

Maybe you should contact directly booking.com and ask them to help you contact your guests.

I have tried multiple times to call them but they are asking for identification number which I don't know where to find.

Do you have any idea please where to find it?

usually it is hidden until you click on it to reveal it, have you actually click on that part?

Well that depends entirely on you as in how have you setup your property and rates ?

 

Please link your property to your profile here , the URL so we can see it to understand wht you have set up.

 

like have you actually registered for Payments by Booking.com? if not do so as this is the better option, with all rates prepaid to BdC then they payout to you.

 

Phone support to enable it if you cant see it under finanace > getting paid .

as IoW would say if that page says  not availabile yet or support team say same, simply reply with, you have no other option and if you cant have it you will goto airbnb :0 that should light a fire under them to enable it for you.

Good afternoon Mahmoud Labassi, and thank you for posting in the Community! 

When a Partner can't see the phone number of the guest might be because they are newly registered, therefore restricted. 

Usually thought, we give the chance to our Partners to still check guest's phone number seven days before arrival.

In case you need/wish to communicate with your guests, you can always do it from the reservation itself.

Yes I haven't received the mail because I missed to put the apartment number in my address and couldn't find a way to add it. 

So how can I update my address please?
