Problem with payment from booking.com in Spain in Feb 2020!

I have not been paid for my January booking by booking.com, delay already for 2 weeks!

And Booking.com refused to answer my multiple messages and refused to explain reason and confirm when payment will be made during the calls.

Please IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON???!!!

Need more info here. Are you using Payments by Booking.com?

What does the Finance page say in your Extranet? Payout is normally 15th of the month after the guest arrives, unless you've opted in to payments 4x per month, which costs extra ....
