Problems with commission payment
Dear all,
I wrote awhile ago with questions for the commission payment. I need to ask again and I hope that somebody from Booking.com will read and have the decency to email us or call us since their extra net features are useless along with the agents who work there. I've been busting my self in the last 4-5 months trying to understand why booking.com is not flagging my commission invoices green since I'm sending the payment swifts as proof of payment on time. Now the culmination of the full Booking.com company incompetence has reach the maximum high. My property was closed yesterday due to a unpayed commission invoices. I've tried 100+ times emailing and calling and every time I got the same reply: somebody will reply in 2,3,4 days. No reply ever came solving this matter. I call the account manager for our region and somebody else is answering the phone not able to even understand my questions and problem. I hope somebody will reply to me with answer that I can actually use solving this matter. Thank you.

Thank you for the reply. I don't have that option on my extranet. In the right corner I only have ''you didn''t find ....and than compose new message. Thats it, the option you are suggetsing is not in the ExNt.
