We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

I need help with regards to the promo i created where in i encounter big discrepancies with the total amount of the room per night. 

I had try to connect with my account manager but sad to say he is unreachable.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING TIME TO SEND US AN EMAIL/ RESPONSE. 

WE CREATED THIS PROMO THAT RUNS FROM FEB 2- FEB 16, 2020. 

THIS PROMO OFFERS LESS 40% DISCOUNT FROM THE BASIC RATE. 

 

I HAVE AN EXAMPLE BELOW. 

DELUXE ROOM IS COST PHP 7,100 PER NIGHT AND IT SHOULD BE PHP4,260 AFTER THE DISCOUNT. 

SAD TO SAY, WHAT WE GET IS ONLY PHP 2,430. SO IT MEANS WE LOST A LOT WITH THIS SET UP. 

 

I HOPE YOU CAN HELP US FIX THIS PROBLEM.

Hi Glaiza Racsa!

 

When setting up a promotion, please remember that the promotion discount might add up with other discounts you have (Mobile rates, Country rates, Genius discount etc), so the guest will receive even higher discount.

 

If you have a particular reservation number, affected by this issue, you are able to check all the discounts applied to it right on the Extranet: open the reservation, scroll down to the price section and click on the little arrow next to the reservation cost.
