We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Promotion discount/saving not showing

I have set a promotional discount for a specific period, however this saving is not evident to customers(i.e. it appears as if the discount price is the normal price.) 

Does anyone know how to fix this so that users can see that they are getting a discount rate of x % and a saving of $x, like I have seen for other listings?

Hi there Bradosner ,

I suggest going to take a look at it now again, as I see you posted this 4 hours ago. Promotions take a while to reflect. Maybe give it 12 hours?

Also, try to make a booking as a guest and see if the option pops up.

Oh boy, sorry it seems my repsonses are slow.

Okay, do you know where to go check on your promotion? Go see if you set everything up right.

Make sure to check the When can they book... because sometimes I accidentally click on "7 days prior to date" which means people can only see the special 7 days before they are meant to book for... which does nothing for me.

If Everything is correct.. .and you're happy that it should show. . Delete it. Or deactivate it, cancel it, whatever the correct term is. And start again. It should take the second time.
