Promotions

We have found over the past couple of months that promotions have automatically been added, for example 10% off mobile device etc. We do not want this happening as we are in peak period/ busy time and booking out with normal rates. Does anyone know how to stop automatic promotions? or can I can set it to only set promotions when I do it myself?

Thats weird, as its normally only you who can do it, and usually its an accidental click , I have seen others do this.

 

There is no auto promo feature at all .

 

Report it to BdC Partner Support please

 

open Extrnaet > Promotions menu,

 Mobile rate got moved into here recently, so it and any promotion active or inactive should then be listed.

 

Use the options to deactivate

 


 

Reminder Partner Support will never see this. Posting account or action requests here will result in nothing.


 


 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
