property guest payments

Hello everyone!

I've listed a property on Bookings.com, but cannot add my bank details because I don't accept credit cards on site.

Any suggestions on how to solve the problem?

Hi Lilit

 

That is NOT a thing, you only add bank details if you are going to sign up for Payments By Booking, where they take cost at time of booking from Guest and later payout to your bank account.

 

Not accepting CC onsite has nothing to do with it.

 

Be default if you do not sign up for :

BdC Online Payments

nor Payments by Booking

 

Then you deal with guest payment direct yourself and or use a 3rd party service to do it.

Literally that simple.

 

 

 


 

 

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thank you very much for your reply.

There is another problem; I cannot add my bank details.It says I should go to Finance, then Bank details, but the website does not show me the option Bank details.

I tried to google it, but no results.
