provide a retrospective discount to a guest because of inconvenience


I've been obliged to ask guests to change nights because of synchronisation issues with a second calendar.

In return for their understanding I have offered a discount. However I can't find a mechanism for doing this.

Please advise - and no I'm not offering a discount off future bookings etc. In justv want to provide a cash discount.

There is no such system. You can only do it directly with Guest.

Example : Cash back


You could try message BdC support to instruct them to do a partial refund,

I have only ever heard of one case of that, but no way of confirming it was true.
