i have a guest, ***, shes been staying here for a while & she pays online usually through Booking. Usually I catch this, but when she reserved the room it put her in a different room then shes been staying in. i went to check her into the system & it mentioned the reservation in another room. i cancelled the reservation but when i did it said something about non-refundable & i had charged her wghen i checkeed her in, i dont want her to be charged twice, did it charge her because i cancelled it?
