Réservation cancellation

Hello, i have double réservation on 2 platforms and I need to cancel the one on booking. But the guest booked for 2 days in the coming 2 weeks. If I agree for the cancellation will he be 100% reimbursed?

  • Simply open the booking you want to cancel, 
  • Message the guest you have no availability, offer to change dates with in a response of x hours/days. Note they must action the link in the next system notification so that they trigger the system to refund in full the prepaid amount.  
  • Then use the Request Cancel when they done reply with in time frame, choose option 1, or immediately.
  • System notifies, and contains a link for the guest to click to trigger agreement.




Do not post account nor action requests,  Partner Support will never see these posts.

No action will be taken.




Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
