Racist Guest

I have a complaint about the last comment that has reached us and I demand to delete it for the next reasons:  1-  The guest post is racist and used the word "Negro"  2- The guest claims something did not happen. as we went through our CCTV and no one came near her room.  3- The guest did not check outside her door at the time she claims had someone knocking.  4- The guest did not be reached by our team until the time of check-out we she forgot her deposit and the receptionist followed her to the main street to give her back her money.  5- The guest did not stay for more than 12 hours.  6- The guest might have external reasons to be upset and redirected to our hotel.
