I am so frustrated and angry right now. I am trying to get help, or contact, as my cleaning fees for my property are not being charged and I am losing money on my property. I have been going round in circles for the last 40 mins trying to find a way of contacting someone that can help me. I have logged in 6 times now and it seems there is no way of contacting anyone for any kind of help at all!!!

does anybody have a way of getting help here????

  1. All help contacts info us below, and also via Contact Us in every page footer.  
  2. Cleaning fees - set under Property> Policies :: Additional Fees. Note: the commissionable total includes this.  
  3. I have many guides my self, all under my profile including : Managing Availability by BrookAve which covers alot of scenarios.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hello Tanya,

Sounds frustrating! I'm just thinking how I can help.. I would probably suggest putting your rates up (to include your cleaning fees) or set up an automatic reply for every booking that comes in (to inform G that there is a Cleaning Fee applicable). However, these are just temporary measures to prevent losing money. Best to contact Booking.com asap to understand the situation and resolve the issue.
