Re open my property

I am the owner of Harini Villa.  Our tourism industry has collapsed in the recent past due to the ongoing Kovid epidemic, but we are ready to start all over again.  But our hotel has been canceled from your booking.com.  The reason is your non-payment. But now we can pay all the arrears.  I will finish paying your money tomorrow.  What I want to take now is can we open this again after paying our dues?  I want to know if there is an opportunity for that. Please let me know the procedure for doing so.
