Receipt of Payments
I listed my property on Booking.com a month ago. I have received several bookings, confirmed paid to Booking.com and i have included my bank details on my Pulse account. However, i have not received any payouts into my bank account. What could be the issue and how can i get the funds released?

The first thing I would do is not use the pulse app for finance tasks.
As its easy to miss things due to the different UI/UX.
Open Extranet on an actual laptop/PC.
There was a recent banner announcement across the top of this page on an issue with the info not being up to date. I think it is now resolved.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.

I am having the same problem with NO answer from Booking.com I am trying to figure out what to do as well this is a major problem that seems to be getting ignored. My next step is social media I don't know what else to do.

What country are you based in? Your partner profile is incomplete.
No, social media is not your next step, it will achieve nothing, but wind yourself up further.
Learn what you do not know, and what would be the correct next step.
The only thing you can and should do is:
Message the details to BdC support via the Extranet Inbox, then follow up the in the next 2 days with a phone call.
1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.

Note: sending the message creates a case. Support is on a reduced staff, so yes naturally there will be backlogs of cases to get through.
Dont be impatient, they are humans too, who have families, and can be affected by CV19 too.
