Receive my money that was paid online (Virtual Credit Card)


I have the problem, that I cannot access the money, that was paid online and now is on a Virtual Credit Card. My account does not seem to be set up to view this information when I want to click on "View Credit Card Details". 

I prefer to not use this Virtual Credit Card. Can I deactivate it?
