Receiving payment

It is now the 17 th May and I haven’t received my April payments booking. Com paid their invoice and say someone will get back to me in 4 days time. Not acceptable. Is this happening to others

Hi Hetty I haven't received payment either, it would seem that there is a problem with Booking.com at present, but they are being very slow sorting it out, customer services don't want to know - the situation is disgraceful.

I have been told to get hold of credit control as the Payne t evidently has been lost and only they can deal with it. Customer service told me I can find that number on extranet but I can’t see it. Can anyone help with this number please. It is very distressing as have been unable to pay my council tax because of this issue and they don’t seem to care. This is not the first time they have been late paying but never this late. I am desperate now

And another day trying to get this payment sorted as has put us in a bad financial situation. There seems to be some helpful comments on other threads but also a couple of booking.com employees who are not being very helpful at all.
Does anyone have further news
