We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Receiving Payments Living Outside US

I believe Booking.com will only make payments to US Bank Accounts. I live in NZ - anyone know how to work around this situation. Perhaps using money transfer company?

I am also in NZ.  There is no problem in receiving payments to bank accounts here, I am with BNZ.  You need to provide IBAN numbers, etc, but all OK.

Thanks - decided to use Transfer Wise as has lower fees but good to know their are other options 👍

But if you want to receive payments from Booking.com you need to activate "Payments by Booking.com" or "Online payments by BDC" (you need a POS machine).

Michael there are no bank fees if you are using the Payments by Booking.com.
