I was unable to accommodate a guest, how do I refund her. The payment does not reflect in my bank account .

The simple way is , if they are prepaid at time of booking to BdC directly and not you:


  1. Open reservation details
  2. Click on right pane , bottom, Request Cancel, then Choose option 2.
  3. System sends a notification to Guest to click confirm.
  4. Because you initiate this , it triggers full refund,you just wait for guest to confirm 
  5. then the system triggers status update and starts refund process, as with any card based payment it can be 5-10 working days.
