Refund exceptionally a Cancellation

This reservation wanted to cancell the reservation on the same day of the check in. They asked us to refund them in the total amount of the payment made. After hearing them and some deliberation, we accepted the request. So we want to refund them in the total amount. How can we do that? they already cancelled the booking.

Bookings: Have you checked if they have paid at the time of booking??

If not, you pay them and they smile...and go away.
