Refund guest

Hi, I recently had a guest that cancelled their booking with me due to the Coronavirus. I want to give her a full refund, how do I do this? Is done through or do I need to get the guests bank details & do  bank transfer myself? Thanks in advance for your help, Tom

Depends on who took the payment or prepayment.


But mark it as cancelled in the reservations details page, either way.


If prepaid via and no payout yet then simply click on cancel and choose second option.
