Refund a guest

Hello,

I do need to refund one of my guests a small amount. How can I do that throught Pulse or Booking.com?

Hi Geeke

 

If you mean partial refund on a prepaid amount , and you did not take the payment directly, but instead you use one of:

 

  • Payments By Booking
  • Online Payments by Booking - Virtual CC issued by BdC in Reservation Details page.  

If PbB option 1m then simply use the message system to send BdC Partner Support a message with ther booking ID and the amount to refund. Note you may be better off to do it as a cash refund in person or ask for a IBAN to transfer it form your own account. If Online Payments and you did not charge the VCC under the reservation page, then same applies.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
