Refund - VCC
We had an international guest, whom we charged an extra fee cash (lost key). He found the key again, so we would like to refund him this fee, but was unable to do so cash before he left.
He paid directly to Booking.com - we recieved payment via VCC. We can not do an international banking transfer for only 30 Euro, and we can not refund via credit card because only Booking.com has his credit card information.
Is there any way Booking.com can help get this customer his refund?
