Refund VCC
Hi, Hope someone can help. I had a guest cancel their booking because of Covid19 (So all cancellation fees were waived etc). I got email, text and pulse notification from B.com confirming the cancellation. However on the day the guest was due to check out the VCC was automatically processed and the money was deposited into my account. As B.com cancelled the booking i naturally assumed that the VCC was also cancelled. But they did not. They contacted me requesting the $ be refunded in full to the VCC. I incurred bank fees as they did not cancel the VCC. My argument with them is that i will refund the VCC less the bank fees, however they are demanding full payment

Yep you will need to refund it in full regardless of how you , I or other see it .
There is no point debating it.
