Refunding a Virtual Credit Card

We had a Guest make a reservation through booking.com. He used a virtual credit card but was unaware that our office closes after 11pm. Seeing as he was unable to stay here, we would like to refund the money from the Virtual Credit Card back to him.


You need to make sure the guest does a cancellation on the booking.com system and then you can say there will be no charge.  Without that you will also get charged commission.

You can initiate the cancellation by going into the Reservation and Request cancel.
