Regarding no show of guest during complete lockdown

sir I wish to submit that invoice number *** issued on 3rd july 2020 in name of *** and family members who were to come to our hotel on 11 june 2020 month and check out on 15 june 2020 through booking.com did not turned up due to lockdown  as a result of Corona pandemic. so you are requested to kindly look into matter and settle accounts and waive the commission amount  also. Due to complete lock down all staff was sent to home and hotel was locked and reply  or no show could not be informed Regards  Ajay hotel Himalaya inn
